1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and placing an order with Colours Photobooks Press, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Copyright & User Content
You guarantee that you own the copyright or have explicit permission to use and print all images submitted to us. Colours Photobooks Press is not liable for any copyright infringement claims arising from the content provided by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse printing any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.
3. Color Matching & Print Quality (RGB vs CMYK)
Please note that computer monitors display colors in RGB, while our HP Indigo presses print using CMYK ink. As a result, there may be slight color variations between what you see on your screen and the final printed product. We maintain the highest industry standards, but cannot guarantee a 100% exact color match.
4. Turnaround Time
Our standard production time is mentioned during the order process. While we strive to dispatch all orders on time, delays may occur due to machine maintenance, high volume, or courier partner issues. We are not liable for any indirect losses caused by delivery delays.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
